The 850-acre site near Sandridge in Hertfordshire will be transformed with a combination of iconic native trees such as oak and hornbeam, with open tracks and wildflower meadows. Visitors will be able to enjoy the network of paths from October 2008 and tree planting on the site will start in 2009. What’s even more exciting is that in just 12 years time, you will be able to walk through this forest and see the Sunday Times Wood for yourself.
